Building on the success of its full-wall slide system, Fleetwood is expanding its offering of the technology to include the 2006 Discovery, Excursion and Providence motor homes. The new models will be launched to dealers at the 43rd Annual RVIA tradeshow in Louisville, KY. First introduced on the 2005 Pace Arrow, the full-wall slide system features a 27-foot slide-out wall, providing over 390 square feet of open living space. Fleetwood collaborated closely with Freightliner Custom Chassis to significantly lower the engine and eliminate the typical step-up around the master bed, creating a rear living space with a flat floor, seven-foot ceilings and an unprecedented level of openness throughout the coach. The 2006 Discovery, Excursion and Providence models also feature additional exterior color choices with coordinating interior options and large E-Z Store exterior compartment doors which extend with the slide-outs. They have provided the rugged 10 ply tires that will take our expedition vehicle around the world. Inca has provided ALF with 2 gray water tanks and a 60 gallon water tank for the expedition vehicle. DPI Gold Coast Gold Coast RV Products manufactures top quality RV accessories at surprisingly affordable prices. Gold Coast provided ALF with an Open Air Screen Room for the expedition vehicle. Sun Performance Products Sun Performance Products is a manufacturer of accessories for Jeeps and Off-Highway vehicles. Sun Performance has provided a QuickAIR Deflator and Compressor for installation in ALF's Expedition Vehicle. The Deflator is a tool that will allow the explorers to air down quickly while monitoring the tire pressure. The Compressor will be used to keep the tires filled to the optimal pressure in all types of driving conditions. Talkeetna Air Taxi Talkeetna Air Taxi has been flying visitors, climbers and explorers in Alaska for over fifty years. They hold a special concession for glacier landing operations in Denali National Park. Talkeetna Air Taxi provided flight services to our Alaska Expedition, including an aerial tour of the Alaska Range and a glacier landing in the Don Sheldon Amphitheater.
