The Winnebago County Extension Office sponsors 4-H programs for youth, horticulture programs for adults and youth, and programs for families on a variety of family and consumer science topics. Training is provided to our Master Gardener volunteers who sponsor a horticulture hot line, oversee community gardens, and host a program to provide fresh produce for the homeless and underprivileged.
