Wrong! Camping is an excellent complement to your favorite winter activities. Tailgating, skiing, hunting, hiking and snowmobiling can all be done with your RV. Many campgrounds remain open during the winter months, catering to those who enjoy winter activities. They are located near popular ski destinations, remote hunting areas and secluded hiking trails. Camping can be just as comfortable and fun for your family during the cooler months as it is in the warm months. An RV will make the perfect hunting cabin or ski lodge complete with all the comforts of home. After the day's adventures, warm up in the RV and enjoy amenities like TVs, video-game systems, computers with Internet access, upholstered sofas, hot showers and queen-sized beds.
