So if your flight is at a very early hour you do not need to worry about finding a fuel station and opening hours of that station. Just drop off the camper and thats it ! Collection of your Vehicle: The depot is located approximately 5 min walk from Amsterdam Central Railway Station, which is 10 minutes by train from Amsterdam Airport. Trains to and from Amsterdam Airport to / from Central station go every 10 minutes. The depot is located approximately 700 meters from The City Centre. Your camper is a comfortable and reliable Volkswagen-based unit (factory built) with a 2500cc diesel engine (California) or a Ford-based unit (factory built) with a 2000cc turbo diesel engine (Nugget). The camper handles well and is compact and easily parked. Inside is everything necessary to accomodate a party of up to 4 adults. It is a small car to drive but big enough to live in. A bench seat converts into one double bed, another double bed is in the pop up roof, which you raise at night. There is no shower and no toilet, but you have a 2 -burner gas cooker, fridge, sink with pump and watertank, table, storage room, stationary heater, radio/CD player, plus all the pots and pans, cutlery and everything else you'll need for your camper holiday. We have the Ford Rimor diesel camper, a European sized American style camper. Economical with fuel (1Litre/per 8km) and quite quick with a 2500 cc engine. Vehicle comes with awning plus outside table and chairs. There is no air conditioning but vehicle does have a cigarette lighter. A motorhome of approximately 19ft in length. 5.50 Metres Long, 2.10 Metres Wide, 2.95 Metres High. Bed sizes are 2.00 x 1.35 metres and 2.00 x 1.45 metres. The vehicles have shower and toilet and sleep either 5 to 6 persons. All campers and motorhomes are manual and have a stationary heater, radio/ CD player, fridge, 2 burner cooker, sink with water pump and water tank (100 litres). All vehicles are supplied with kitchen and dining utensils etc.They also come with an awning, free external table and chairs. Electricity voltage is 12V unless plugged in at a camp site.
