ASSISTANCE: Compusory for the motorhome and the passengers, the assistance cover is subscrbed for a lump sum of $82 . This risk can be covered by an extension of the tenant's personal insurance policy, provided that the tenant produces an explicit certificate from the insurer before departure. HIRE DURATION: Hire duration does not entitle you to any refund. No hire extension will be accepted without prior agreement from SET. A compensation of $377 per day will be owed SET in case of non-return at the stipulated time and date. DELIVERY AND RETURN: Delivery and return of the motorhome in our premises at Monpellier, Toulouse, Marseille, Bordeaux. An inventory of fixtures is carried out in your presence. The interior, the accessories and the equipment must be returnrd clean, if not a compensation of $131 for cleaning will be invoiced. FUEL AND LUBRICANT: The motorhomes is delivered with full tank, and must be returned with a full tank, the tenant is responsible for the fuel and must also regularly control the oil and water levels and tend to the oil changing and engine maintenance according to the standards defined by the manufacturer. REPAIR: Normal wear and tear is SET'S responsibility. No repairs amy be darried out without prior adreement from SET NUMBERS OF PASSENGERS: According to the registration papers, except for children under age of 10 years counting for half a place. RESPONSIBILITY: The hirer is the only one responsible for fines, tickets and proceedings made against him.
