Car Reservations Will I be guaranteed a specific car model with my reservation? A specific model cannot be guaranteed. The rental companies provide a model as an example of the type of car you will get. When you pick up your car, ask the agent what models are available. You may be able to choose from a selection of available rentals in your class. How can I change or cancel my reservation? To cancel your reservation, log in to the Manage Your Account section. Click on the reservation you wish to cancel, then click the "Cancel" button. Be sure to cancel your old reservation, or you may be charged for both rentals. Special Car Considerations Do car rental companies operate differently in other countries? For the most accurate information regarding any car rental, read or review the car rental company's policy. Do I need a special license to drive a rental car in another country? Many countries allow travelers to operate a rental vehicle with a valid driver's license from their home country. Check the requirements of the country to which you are traveling before you leave. Those who frequently travel overseas should consider applying for an International Driver's License.
